FreeBSD-4.0 is available by anonymous ftp from
ftp://curry.ateneo.net/iso-images/freebsd-4.0/
The file "4.0-install.iso" is the CD image that you want to get.
This local source might not be the fastest though. If you are a few
hops away from Mozcom, then this is a good source.
