What's there to tame firefox? :) You could try the Conkeror extension[1] for Firefox that gives you Emacs bindings (yeah, I'm biased here ;), even a pseudo-window management capability (you can split tabs ;) But, I reckon gmail has POP access, so you can just use fetchmail to grab those rfc822s and read them either thru Mutt or Gnus :D Footnotes: [1] http://conkeror.mozdev.org -- ZAK B.
