It was organized by the MediaG8way. They just contacted me and ask for our support. They asked help if PLUG can provide speakers for the said event. I made it sure that all speakers should get benefits in return and likewise the organization in black and white. > if it is or will be an annual event, it would be good > to get things started even on the october meeting. > ideas and feedback resulting from the recent > linuxworld event would be a good start. and i'm sure > there are more ideas from the PLUG members. I'm not sure if this will be an annual event. I even don't know who will be the next board officers. I already shared my plans for the organization to the meeting we conducted at the Dusit Hotel Nikko right after the conference. It's up to the next board officers if they will work it out. Anyway, diskarte na nila 'yun how they will handle the organization. > events for the vizmin areas could likewise be > organized, courtesy of and/or in collaboration with > the other LUGs. It is also my dream that all the LUGs nationwide should collaborate and be affiliated with PLUG as my dream to PLUG to be the umbrella LUG in the Philippines. Good luck to the next board officers. --- MARVIN T. PASCUAL E-mail: mpascual AT qsr DOT com DOT ph Tel. No. +63 2 9287776 Mobile No. +63 918 4115188 Yahoo!
