Firefox uses Google to find the closest match when the
given web server cannot be resolved. Does it also happen when you
type-in
the url?

The above is taken from David Asuncion's post. When I 'right-click>Open in New Tab' on the link, it opens a new tab but with google.com.ph on it!
Can anybody reproduce the same event?
