Confirmed using... *drumroll* telnet.

It's a misconfiguration on the server end. As for sending Referer: on
clicked links, apparently IE doesn't do that, and I don't get the
problem (at least, not when I click on the link in IE)*. :D

but slowly, as the owner wants to learn the interface first so he can
