Hi Allister,
As Kelsey has said,
change your IP address in your DNS entry, specifically the MX.

I am guessing that you have a dotPH domain, which makes it probable that your DNS records are there.
So I suggest that you go to the online help at domains.ph and ask a tech support personnel there on how to update your MX entry in your DNS records.

If your domain is registered somewhere else, then write the tech support there to update your entries. Send them your new IP address.

Hope this helps.

Dear Zak, JM, Edel, Kelsey, and Jan,

;; ANSWER SECTION:
domain.name.        85820   IN      MX      10 mail.domain.name .

in this example, the mail exchanger for domain "domain.name" is a host named "mail.domain.name". verify that this host points to your NEW IP address from your new ISP. in the example, the host points to 203.131.166.190 (ADDITIONAL SECTION). you can also veirfy this with dig -t A mail.domain.name.

;; ADDITIONAL SECTION:
mail.domain.name.   85820   IN      A       203.131.166.190
