1. LVM is more flexible as you can grow partitions and
add drives to a logical unit. If you are not familiar
with its configuration, better do a manual
partitioning. The scsi drivers should be included by
default if it's certified on RHEL.
2. Use RAID for fault-tolerance.
3. CentOS 4 is much stable than Fedora.
