Hello Mhac,
If you setup bind on your 10.0.0.3 server, the way your problem is
going...the other computers may just access UDP 53 on your router
instead as well. You could set up the /etc/hosts file in each of your
clients so that mail.pbts.net.ph points to 10.0.0.3 , but that's still
messy.
I'm pretty much sure you need to tinker a bit with your router settings.
I'm not familiar with the brand though.

PROPOSED SOLUTION:
1)manually enter the static ip (10.0.0.3) to all email clients; the problem
will be those accessing email via web interface in our library. :(
2)setup internal DNS to make mail.pbts.net.ph point to 10.0.0.3. :(
Any other viable solution guys?
