Mine is around 1GB with ram at 768MB. then, in your boot manager, add resume=/dev/[your_swap_partition] to the boot kernel params. and try to suspend. getting swsusp *is* a pain though. I think i spent around a month or two, off-and-on getting it working on my old laptop. and maybe 3-4 days off-and-on on this one. once it's working though, it's great. tiger -- Gerald Timothy Quimpo [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://bopolissimus.blogspot.com http://monotremetech.blogspot.com Public Key: "gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-keys 672F4C78" Simplicity -- Design for simplicity; add complexity only where you must. -- http://www.faqs.org/docs/artu/ch01s06.html#id2877917 -- Gerald Timothy Quimpo [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://bopolissimus.blogspot.com http://monotremetech.blogspot.com Public Key: "gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-keys 672F4C78" What did this president not know and when did he not know it? -- Jim Hoagland in the Washington Post, on George W.
