We have a Canon S200SPx and PIXMA IP1000. The S200SPx works seamless CUPS. The IP1000, however, doesn't have drivers. I've read about the drivers used from Japan but didn't get the time to test it. I emailed Canon support and said that linux drivers for the PIXMA series will arrive January 2006 but I'm still not sure yet if they delivered.

I believe HP has better support than Canon.

Anyone here who's had experience with an Epson EPL-6100 laser printer?

I can't seem to get it to run on a local connection on both Fedora and
CentOS. It does work on SuSE 10 but without network printing.
