I have reason to believe it's not from Jijo but from someone with an infected Windows PC. The headers show that X-Mailer is Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000. It's therefore likely from a Windows user who has both Jijo, PLUG, and linuxjobs in his/her addressbook. -- Daniel O.
