yes you can, but if i were you, i won't use an outdated software from yahoo, yun version nila eh days pa ng redhat 9, i use a multi protocol chat client like gaim, but if you want a yahoo client with webcam support, use gyach-enhanced, just google on how to install it on your ubuntu box, i think you can search the archive, there is a thread on how to install gyach.
