Uhmmm, no? It's technically infeasible, as this list's archives are backed up by other servers from all around the world... tough luck deleting that... Now, if you're really looking for such a system, you can build one using FOSS. Just get pretty darn good hackers, hardware schematics, and the other info you need from your client (probably the DND?)
