Just a question/suggestion sir, Is it possible to for you make an
optional second disk available for download? The optional second disk
will contain packages that are nice to have around but won't fit into
the distribution CD. Like development tools, kernel source, httpd,
mySQL, PHP,  additional eye cadies and tools and the likes.

That way even if BL will be deployed in an internet-deprived area,
expanding/customizing the BL install will not be much of a PITA.
