How to lobby? It's simple: PLUG can run as PARTY LIST in next year's
local election.

Good point. I think we have to consider HOW we are going to get our point
across to those in Congress. Our ideas and arguments are good. But we have
to find a way to get these to the right people.

One way that MIGHT work is to come up with several letters and fax these
to congressional offices. This is a cheap way to reach a lot of people. of
course there's no guarantee that the faxes will be read, but it's worth a
try.

Any other suggestions?
