Hmm, indeed. I for one would prefer debugging the current Admistration first, before committing any infrastructural changes such as the preference of software systems. Anyhow, the current Administration is too convoluted for comfort, and trust paths between officials are highly questionable. There are too few persons in authority now who are truly authentic and authorized _by law_ to conduct public business, but their numbers too are dwindling...
