WTFPL - Do What The Fuck You Want To Public License

Is this license accepted/valid?
Unsurprisingly, it is indeed DFSG-free, and the FSF seems to recognize
it as a free software license. Since the license practically allows
you to copy, modify and distribute software under this license
_without limitation_, that satisfies the Four Software Freedoms as
well as the Debian's guidelines.
FWIW, its important to note here that free software licenses can only
stipulate terms regarding copying, modification, and distribution; it
cannot cover terms regarding the _use_ of the software (except the
stipulation that use of such software is unlimited.)
I myself have used the WTFPL recently for a parser module I did for a friend ;)
