1. Do not allow visitors to simply connect to your network. Your WAP must have some sort of built in security.
2. You can use some form of centralized authentication, rights, and permission management in your network (LDAP, Active Directory ..etc).
3. Educate your users on managing network shares.
That's all I could think of for now ...
