my comment lang... dapat specific ang open document format. hindi cya specific sa bill.
section 6.2 is a bit restrictive... a balance would be an ideal thing but then again because not all good solutions are in the open world and not all closed source stuff is equally terrible. it isn't an ideal world.
may question ako... does this mean, that if the solution is bsd-based-license... ok pa din? i like bsd-style licensing over the gpl.
would be nice if the proponents could join us in this discussion.
