A look at the previous thread on the open source bill would give a lot of insights (if it hasn't already). I personally am getting tired of this FOSS Bill, and would prefer a different approach (I confess, I haven't read it and I am not making promises at reading it). I have made my reservations known before, but I prefer discussing this in person instead of writing long-winding emails to a public mailing list. That said, I would also just say "yeah, whatever..." granted my lack of confidence with our current legislative stature as a democratic country.
