isnt it? its about power. about being able to do something effectively. thats the same reason why i am in the foss business. i dont understand why we dont seem to demand this from our government. our neighbors do research like crazy to gain advantage. they export more rice than we do they have more factories than we do. i refine my software everyday to keep my windows based competitors at bay. when they wait for their suppliers to fix a minor bug i create an alternative. isn't that what we all do?

oh please. the distinction between whats technical and whats not and whats off topic and whats not went out the window when we started discussing the bill. im going to stay away from this thread now. count me out of the consensus construction. i have a lot of testing to do. -- the thing i like with my linux pc is that i can sum up my complaints in 5 items _________________________________________________ Philippine Linux Users' Group (PLUG) Mailing List [email protected] (#PLUG @ irc.free.net.ph) Read the Guidelines: http://linux.org.ph/lists Searchable Archives: http://archives.free.net.ph
