The first step is to educate people about it. Do not push FOSS down their throats just yet. Let their curiosity "kill" them.
Just a simple activity, go to the government agencies around the Quezon Memorial Circle and ask people if they know what FOSS is. Chances are, they do not have a clue! I bet that this goes as high as their top IT person or worse, their NCC-accredited IT consultant might even have no clue as to what it is! _________________________________________________
