BTW, mail server is behind a firewall? Does that matter?

Tnx for the inputs!

Ask your ISP provider that you need an DNS which you will define in your mailserver.

Subject: [plug] Mail Server

Hi,

Just wanted to know how i can make use of the info provided by an entity like domains.ph. i got a domain name from them and i wanted to use it by having our own linux mail and web server. We were able to set up a mail server( for the first time :) ) on our side but on how to connect to them seems cryptic to me.:)

Thanks,

Hazel :)
