It would be interesting to know if there are organizations/companies out there (local or otherwise) that adopt "live editing" features of forms like a web service similar to Google Docs & Spreadsheets. I know PDF is capable of forms, but no idea if there are anyone doing it in a public infrastructure (Internet).
