Yes bro! all you have to do is to install vnc for your linux box and install vnc for windows for your windows client

Activate your vnc server and vnc client from your linux box

Then activate your vnc on your windows (both the listen mode and app mode)

 

Your on! You can now do graphical remote administration on both linux and windows flatform
