Maybe we could get the support from the Foundation for Media Alternatives
(FMA). I heard that they are also advocating for an FOSS bill. Just in case,

The FMA spearheaded BUKAS, a Free Software advocacy, and as part of
BUKAS is also preparing a position paper. I believe that PLUG has
representation there, Paolo if I'm not mistaken.
