I would prefer PLUG remain as a mailing list rather than a Bulletin Board. E-mail is more convenient for, as I use my yahoo mailbox as an "aggregator" of all mailing lists I'm subscribed to -- this way I only have to go to one place. I am registered to some bulletin boards, like ubuntuforums.org, but my "level of participation" in BB's is low vis-a-vis mailing lists.
