I think the discussions re: the FOSS bill has gone too long enough for the PLUG mailing lists, and we've been satisfied by arguments and counter-arguments of the fine people here... please transfer discussions about it to the PLUG-misc mailing list so that we could reduce the ML traffic (and stop turning off people that the main PLUG list is already becoming too political).
At any rate, the board has been consolidating the points raised on the discussions about the bill as drafts its own position paper to be submitted to the House of Representatives.
