You mean like Apple's Expose? It can be gone if you got Beryl installed in
your workstation, but one needs to have a decent video card with
acceleration enabled,  XGL or AIGLX as well. I got it working in my home PC.
Its kinda slow on resizing windows, but very engaging :D If you got Beryl
running, just move the mouse pointer on the upper right corner of the
screen, the windows will organize themselves, then just pick which one you
need to work on :D
