Can't compare to OEL, but Oracle claims they're rolling in their own
fixes. Considering that these are the guys who contributed OCFS2 to
the kernel, forgive me if I'm wrong but they seem to have more
credibility than Johnny Hughes.  :P

That said, I still use CentOS, myself.  :)

Personally, I believe that Scientific Linux has done
the most patches to RHEL4.4 to get SL4.4.  Also
SL seems to be the most "open", specially when
compared to OEL, from which updates are available
only by paid subscription.  CentOS seems okay, but
SL people seem to work harder at improving RHEL4.4
than CentOS people.
