Hi Irvin and avatoon, Google docs is really nice, but I'm thinking more of hosting it 'in-house.'
I tried the shared folder thing but I really wanted them to move away from MS Office into OpenOffice.org or that web-based collaboration app. I'm checking out opengroupware and see what it can do. :-) Thanks for the reply.
