Ok, I can't seem the find that article. But the said article speaks about the e-Voting machines deployed in Mindanao last elections (2004 i think) are powered by an OS developed by a branch of Sitel[1] based in Europe (Netherlands if my memory doesn't fail me). Sorry, I don't think Googles spiders managed to crawl over that article. As a side note, Sitel is not just a Call Center Provider. It's like Accenture where they offer call center, software dev't, and health-care services. Lastly, Onex[2] is the parent(?) company of Sitel and I'm guessing.. just guessing.. that it's Celestica[3] responsible for the machines in question. Please, if you have the article, post it here so we can evaluate it. Since we are directly affected by those machines, we should be responsible for it's operational reliability and integrity. Our technical knowledge as a group alone gives us a say as to whether we can use it.
