my experience is that kde is more customizable ergo, looks more mac like. But at a cost. gnome people say it is bloated. But is mac is what you want then I suggest installing kde, baghira, and kooldock(or ksmoothdock, but you have to compile this one, not available on the repo of ubuntu).
kooldock is the mac bar at the bottom(make sure you have parabolic zooming on) while baghira changes your interface and buttons (I particularly like brushed metal) get icons and wallpaper from www.kde-look.org On 6/20/07, Chris GM <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
