hi, it all boils down on how you sell yourself, salary negotiation is an art. you should also research whether your prospective employer can afford your expected salary, not all companies can give what you're asking. imho cebu is not that far off with manila with regards to compensantion. i think with your current qualification you can ask for a salary as high as P25k, and also be prepared because the interviewer will ask you whether what you're asking is still negotiable.
