with regards to your question, i'm not sure about the model of router but
you can't
install an OpenVPN client on those SOHO router although you can enable them
to
allow PPTP and IPSec to pass through (VPN Pass-Through). Only then, you can
install and configure an OpenVPN client on the machine behind the Bldg C
Router.
