I'm having an error in our java application. It says it has something to do
with glibc. Solutions is to update glibc but many application is relying in
glibc. I'm using FC6 and my glibc is glibc-2.5-18.fc6. The new version is
glibc-2.6-3. I don't want to install with no deps options as much as possible.
Is there anyone knows an alternative?

BTW, here is the error that tells about glibc

# Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (1.6.0_02-b05 mixed mode)
# Problematic frame:
# C [libc.so.6+0xb5b10] getaddrinfo+0x3e0
