So far here I found out, the desktop effect is not working, dolphin is a nice file manager, Amarok is in alpha staged but looks promising with nice new interface. Kopete, I cant make it work but good thing the old KDE3.5 version is still there for use. Its not really a stable release at this point maybe it will improve a lot once integrated with opensuse 11 or the upcoming version of our favorite distro. But that onepoint click install makes me feel that Linux has gone a long way to be more user friendly.
