Hi, I already have spare server and planning to deploy trouble ticket system for tracking our IT problem/issues. I evaluated the following trouble ticket last year and I probably pick from the three PMOS Help Desk, eTicket or Epix Power Support after I tried to installed and navigate the interfaces. The other system I checked are the ff: PHP Ticket DanPHPSupport Epix Power Support ruQueue Ticket Express OTRS
Is there anybody on the list who can recommend some other open source ticket system based on their experienced.
