Hmmmm... terribly OT, but I'm forced to respond since it was sent
through a mailing list.

First things first. I am giving you the benefit of the doubt that
someone and not you was doing this or you have a hacked account. As i
said, I know the guys and here is what happened:

  * A fraudulent credit card was used to purchase the web hosting
package. It's from Saudi Arabia but the card was from Denmark.
  * bash access *was* given. It was canceled and changed to /bin/false
because the shell was used to compile IRC bots.
  * Shell history shows it's hacking the root account.
  * MySQL script supplied by the customer is buggy and consumed 25Gb
of table space. Customer was informed since they are not aware of it.
  * Man pages. They are not usually installed since they take up of
space. It's a per user request installation basis. Besides, almost
everyone use the plesk control panel anyways.

At the end, they have no choice but to reasonably cancel the account.
What happened next was the customer got into a juvenile rage and
started mass mailing support&billing accounts with obscene messages.

Personal accusations you have against ITDev is not acceptable. These
techie people are hard working and just doing the job.
