I'm right in the middle of Drupal development and so far, asking questions at
Drupal.org's forums helps best.
Drupal Phils. is more involved with creating their community. I think that's
better, as opposed to recreating what Drupal.org's forums already does well.
Pero if you really want 'instant' results, you can try Drupal IRC,
particularly: #drupal-support on the FreeNode IRC network (irc.freenode.net).
I haven't IRC'd in ages so it actually feels great to get quick results. Medyo
rusty na nga lang ang commands set ko but it works out :)
