Maybe it's because it's now easier to install a Linux server in a default less secure mode? The Inq report lacks details as to what Linux distro the "hacked" site was running (if it was indeed running Linux). And zone-h doesn't have separate stats for different distros. Unlike the case with MS and the BDS (Open/Free/Net).
