Naturally Speaking 10 by Nuance is very good on this. but only runs on Windows. If there is something good about this, they have a Medical edition that is HIPAA compliant. I've only tried the Standard edition though. I haven't seen much stuff for the Mac, but I know there is Dictate. -- Jerome G.
