    Thanks for the reply.  The problem is that I don't have any installation 
CDs with me. Plus I'm
working in China, and I don't know where they sell CentOS CDs.  I can only 
download ISO files. A
friend of mine managed to install grub from DOS, and install ISO file from the 
Windows FAT
partition. I'm wondering if anyone in this mailing list done that before. Can 
any provide links to
alternative solutions? The previous solution that I tried didn't work.
