I have tried this one. Join your samba to an ADS or PDC, pull lists of users/groups from the domain and then set the shares permission. Share's permission can have both local and domain users and where domain users are authenticated against an AD. You can have also home directories for your domain users.
Actually there are so many docs about this, joining your samba to an AD, try searching... So which part are you having a problem? What are your errors? samba version? Can you please post your samba config file, kerberos file....
