Thanks for all the replies and advises, really appreciate it. There will be a lot of data transfer to and from the 20th floor and the 10th floor so we would probably be going with the fiber optic or the cat 6 cable.
One also suggested that we use gigabit ethernet switch. what would you recommend? Is the Linksys Gigabit switch availble in computer stores enough?
