This site <http://stardustathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/ss_findingsd.php> at UC
Berkeley is hosted by a group trying to find, with the help of web
collaborators, stardust embedded in a spacecraft's cosmic dust trap.

Anyone who passes the test on the group's Virtual Microscope can help find
the star particles.

Each is about a micron in diameter. There are about 45 of them.

"Finding them will be like searching for 45 ants on a football field while
searching one 5 cm x 5 cm square at a time. "

An American football field is 109.7 m × 48.8 m.

If you find one, it will be named after you.

This might also make a good optics experiment for a science class.
