It's an old topic, I know, but you apparently saw it ahead of many
gearheads here. I recently chatted with an election lawyer of a
political party, and that's the scenario they've assessed to be the
most credible threat to the election process. That's why they're
training their poll watchers to be vigilant against "old-school" forms
of cheating.
