Yes, you can.

Set up the OpenVPN server on the Dedicated Server, then install a client
on either a gateway on the Server Farm segment, or on each of the
servers in the farm. If you decide to set up a gateway on the Server
Farm segment, you need to configure it to be the router for the internal
IP addresses of the servers in the farm, using ccd and the iroute
option.
