Heres a handy site that lists entire netblocks by country and outputs in
various formats (iptables, ipfw, apache-allow/deny, etc). Should help you
get started. APNIC also lists the netblocks  under their control on their
website.

http://ip.ludost.net/

You'll have to block the ranges individually though.
