Eeek.  That's old =).  Don't know if there's any SQL for that.  Maybe you
can either:
1.  Make a perl/ruby/whatever script that calls show databases, then loops
around the result to call show tables.
2.  Make a perl/ruby/whatever script that goes through the contents of the
mysql datadir.  Each folder is one database.  In Mysql 5 an empty database
only has a db.opt file.
